Gospel of Anti-Oxidants -- part II

For years, nothing could be taken more as "fact" among the health food crowd than that "fact" of antioxidants.

But now, it looks like taking huge doses of antioxidants could do more harm than good! Even low dose supplements are of questionable value.

Antioxidants are still great... but the best way to get them? Good plain old food.

I think the vitamin industry should refund a whole lot of money.
